We are seeking an Administrative HR Assistant to assist the Human Resources team in supporting managers and supervisors with HR processes, and support of HR procedures.
This position will report to the Human Resources Manager.
Duties:
Maintain HRIS/ATS system (ADP) Schedule interviews, pre-employment screenings, and new hire orientations Assist with benefit administration, audits, and open enrollments Assist with new hire orientations Place uniform and PPE orders Perform customer service functions by responding to employee requests and questions Assist in recruitment process by coordinating with the Recruiter and Staffing Coordinator Assist with Company sponsored events Assists with processing paperwork for new hires and terminations Track attrition and other applicable HR KPI's Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
1-2
years experience in Human Resources support role preferred ADP experience prefered Punctual, regular, and consistent attendance Strong working knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, and Outlook) Ability to maintain confidentiality Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to handle multiple projects at once in addition to managing competing/changing priorities daily Excellent customer service/communication/candidate management skills

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
